Organised by NARA (North American Ring Association) for the first time, this decoy seminar took place during 3 days in a very friendly environment. Numerous clubs were present and the decoys were powerful and motivated.

Each day started with "warm up" methods and we were able to demonstrate that it was possible for everybody to improve his physical condition, speed of action and reflex.
